Tuesday, April 19th

AL: Sarah J. Schmidtke Sobeck, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry

Provost: Carolyn Newton

Faculty are particularly interestd in the lunch informational session, so they can learn more about programming and explore options.  At this time there were not specific questions until they explore more on the possibilities.  We have representatives from all the languages coming and they will share information with their departments/programs

I have scheduled the lunch for noon in Severance 115 ( this is in the chemistry building). There is a projector should you want to hook up your computer, as well as moveable chairs so we can determine the best arrangement.  The room is reserved from 11:45-1:15 to allow overflow.  There is visitor parking available behind our building or street parking on Pine Street (https://www.wooster.edu/about/visit/).

The following individuals are scheduled to be at the lunch (programs/departments follow each):

  • Margaret Ng (East Asian Studies, Chinese, History, Global & International Studies)
  • Setsuko (Seiko) Matsuzawa (East Asian Studies, Sociology)
  • Harry Gamble (Frency & Francophone Studies)
  • Rikki Palmer (Spanish)
